The aim of this is not to have to read each text letter by letter, but to be able to take in large blocks of information with the eye, absorbing the information more quickly.
To train your peripheral reading skills, you will be given a series of challenges where you will have to find the numbers 1-26 in a grid without moving your eyes. While you are looking for these numbers, you will be timed. The idea is to eventually be able to refrain from moving your eyes at all as they take in the grid as a whole in order to see all the numbers at the same time.
